Oregon Health Plan Package

As a certified Traditional Healthcare Worker (THW), I provide doula support to mothers insured by Pacific Source, YCCO, and Kaiser through OHP.

My OHP package includes:

• 2 prenatal appointments

• Continuous support during birth

• 2 postpartum visits

• 4 additional appointments to be used as needed

I typically recommend using at least one of these extra appointments before birth. This allows us to meet at least three times before your baby arrives, helping you feel more comfortable with my presence during labor. It also gives us time to discuss your birth plan in depth and explore comfort measures for early labor.

This package is specifically for OHP clients. I also offer separate packages for private pay and other insurance plans.
